About

Sutton Coldfield Festival of Arts

The Sutton Coldfield Festival of Arts is a showcase event for the arts in Sutton Coldfield. It is a celebration of our town’s artists, and a chance for residents to get more involved with the arts through participation.

Our programme covers a broad spectrum of the arts, and features performances, exhibitions and workshops.

Sutton Festival of Arts Group

The Sutton Coldfield Festival of Arts is managed by the Sutton Coldfield Festival of Arts Group. We are a voluntary organisation, formally constituted in October 2007, with the aim to “promote the arts and arts organisations in the community of Sutton Coldfield by the provision of an annual Arts Festival held in Sutton Coldfield.”

Membership of the group currently consists of representatives from Sutton Coldfield Creative Market, Birmingham City Council, Sutton Coldfield Asian Society, various Sutton based artists and local businesses.

Membership is open to all that support the objectives of the Group and currently comprises a wide range of age groups.

Since being established the Group has met on a regular basis and has continued to expand its Memberships and develop links with the local community and artists. Participation is voluntary and there are no membership fees.
